When I am at work my connection is so spotty and bad while all of my other coworkers have Verizon and don’t have this issue. I tell them why would my phone be the issue the issue is your service and tower. I go to the store and they don’t help me they say it is my phone being too old when it is still new, and they blame it on my plan for the bad service. Call and tell them it is the same and not improving and they tell me that they can’t help to go in store. Everytime I called customer service was told to keep an eye out to see if it gets better or worse within a week. Calls are not being connected and a lot of dropped calls. I have been a customer for 7 years, and have been having issues with not getting any service at my house.
